Sign up at portal.zuplo.com for a free account. You can import an OpenAPI spec,
create routes, and deploy your gateway in minutes — no infrastructure setup
required.

**What support is included in the Free plan?**

Free plan users have access to community support via Discord and the full
documentation library. Community members are active and responsive.

**How do I report a bug or request a feature?**

You can report bugs or request features by emailing support@zuplo.com or posting
in the community Discord. We actively monitor both channels.

**Is there a status page?**

status of the Zuplo platform and sign up for incident notifications.

**How do I migrate from another API gateway to Zuplo?**

Builder plans include a 99.5% SLA. Enterprise plans offer up to 99.999% uptime
